Application fees and browsing fees are non-refundable.

Browsing Fee- $30.00 for appointment to view a property in person prior to applying. Up to 30 min. Browsing fee is good for one street address . This is an optional service and not required prior to applying for a property. Browsing the properties does not HOLD a property. If an application comes in prior to your browsing the property or making a decision to apply, the first application received has first priority to lease if approved.

Application fee- $60.00/person over 18 yrs old who will be living in the property. ($32.00  application fee for voucher holders) After applying, if your application is approved, you will be offered the opportunity to arrange an in-person or video walk through of the property. Please note that multiple applications may be in process for the same property. Application fees are non-refundable & all applications in process will be reviewed/considered.
